Rashidat Olawale

Rahidat Olawale is an HR professional with hands-on experience with an array of knowledge acquired through formal learning backed with industrial experience cutting through various sectors: logistics, hospitality and aviation, ICT, and recently, oil and gas

She holds an ordinary national diploma in business administration from Yaba College of Technology, a bachelor of science in political science from the University of Lagos where she finished top 10 in the class. Currently enrolled for her MBA in International Human Resources Management at the Rome business school.

An associate member of the chartered institute of personnel management of Nigeria (CIPM) and a licensed HR practitioner having been issued with the Human Resources Practitioners License (HRPL)

She started her career in HR at Oride (now defunct) as an HR support, there she rose to human resource business partner. She has moved across industries, serving in different strategic human resources capacity. She is now with banner energy ltd as a human resources executive.
